This is a sweaty one! Do this when you're feeling like getting out of breath and a proper sweat on! We use just bodyweight and a timer. Read what exercises we've got in, and then follow along with me for this workout. As this is filmed 'live' and is typical me, it's not perfect by any means but at least I'm keeping it real! Exhale on exertion and give it your all! If you want to take out jumps, then do so - your heart rate will still be raised and you'll feel the burn / sweat!
It's a 20, 20, 20 split - 20 seconds work, 20 seconds work, 20 seconds rest - repeated for 20 mins total.
