Bodyweight full body & cardio

This is a bodyweight - primarily cardio focussed workout, but really a bit of a full body burner!


There are 3 sets of 4 exercises, 30 seconds each exercise:

Set 1:

  1. Cross jack

  2. Mountain climber

  3. X jack

  4. Seal jack

Set 2:

  1. Squats

  2. Squat jump

  3. Reverse lunges

  4. Jump lunge

Set 3:

  1. Power knee (first side)

  2. Burpee (chest to floor)

  3. Power knee (2nd side)

  4. Mogul jumps

There is a 30 second rest between each set, and we complete 3 rounds.
