This is a bodyweight - primarily cardio focussed workout, but really a bit of a full body burner!
There are 3 sets of 4 exercises, 30 seconds each exercise:
Set 1:
Cross jack
Mountain climber
X jack
Seal jack
Set 2:
Squats
Squat jump
Reverse lunges
Jump lunge
Set 3:
Power knee (first side)
Burpee (chest to floor)
Power knee (2nd side)
Mogul jumps
There is a 30 second rest between each set, and we complete 3 rounds.
