Circle band abs and core workout

This workout is great for working all part of your abs, and core. And its mostly sitting or lying down so as long as you concentrate on your breath and the technique you can do this one chilling out in front of the TV. (I do a lot of my core work, foam rolling and stretching in front of the TV).
There's 5 exercises targeting different areas of your 'abs'. Do 10-15 reps of each exercise and as many rounds as you like!
1. Seated pull aparts
2. Seated V legs
3. Supine lying V legs
4. Supine lying march
5. Standing oblique bend and pull
In this video I demo the exercises and then complete 10 reps of each so you can learn and follow along at the same time.
