Moving on from level 2, here are a selection of your next level core exercises.

There are four exercises in this circuit:

1. Side plank hold (20-30s), and 5 dips each side

2. Supine leg extension (5-6 each side0

3. Supine push aways (10 reps)

4. Kneeling plank with arm extension (5-6 each side)

Complete 1-3 rounds.
