Full body mobilisation

Here is a follow along video where I go through a few sequences for a full body mobilise / stretch. I like to do this kind of sequence either first thing in the morning, before a workout or if I'm feeling tight or tired in my body. Mobility work does not come naturally to me, nor do I love it, so I have to work at it and incorporate it in to my routines.
