This workout combines HIIT and strength into a nifty little workout for your whole body - mainly legs, arms and a bit of core.
You need just one weight - a fairly light dumbbell or a light kettle bell or household object!
There are 5 exercises, and we do each exercise for 40 seconds, and 10 seconds rest between exercises. We complete 5 rounds and there's 30 seconds rest between rounds. The exercises are:
Squat to reverse lunge
Squat jack with overhead press
Split jump lunge with overhead press
Squat jack with chest press
Lateral squat with hop and press
