Kids workout - animals!

Here is a short workout Rory and I did during lockdown - mostly designed by him. Simple workout - 10 exercises, 30 seconds each, and each exercise is obviously animal based!
This is more for them than for you but getting us off our bottoms and moving is a good thing!
Glad you gave it a go! And would definitely rather the kids followed Rory!
Just done this one! Perfect 10 minuter and the kids joined in, they followed Rory obviously!
