Metabolic workout - full body

This workout comprises of compound exercises (which simply means working multiple muscle groups) with little rest, to really work your body efficiently and maximise energy burn before and after your session. You do need a weight for this workout - challenge yourself with your weight and make sure your technique is prioritised over speed.

There are 6 exercises in this workout:

  1. Alternating squat, press and swing

  2. Squat to forward and backward lunge

  3. Push up to alternating single side row

  4. Alternating lift to lateral lunge

  5. Kneeling curl to get up and hop (side 1)

  6. Kneeling curl to get up and hop (side 2)
