Mobility for desk based workers

Here is a set of mobilisations and stretches for those of you who spend a lot of time sitting at a desk. You can either do these individually or as a sequence. But the idea is that you do something often and definitely daily!

Holding any kind of posture or position for a long time is not great for the body - muscles get overworked, tight and weak, and then others also get weak as they aren't being used. So the idea is that we do something different or the opposite from what you have been doing for long periods of time.

I originally filmed loads more that I show here but cut it down to a shorter video to some of the key areas to focus on but I can always do a second one if you'd like to have even more options.
