Here is a quick workout great for working on imbalances by doing single side exercises or using uneven loads. Most of us have a 'side' which is stronger or feels just easier to do certain exercises - whether that is how we lift and carry or choose to lead in an every day movement such as getting up or stepping. By working on such imbalances we can both help us move better, get stronger and potentially reduce the risk of pain and injury.
You will need one weight for this workout - either a dumbbell or filled water bottle.
