Shoulder mobility sequence

Lovely sequence for the upper body - particularly the shoulders. My right shoulder can feel a bit clunky at times and these moves really help to mobilise and 'loosen' it. This is also a great one if you spend a lot of time hunched over screens or phones and if you're carrying a baby up by one shoulder. Follow along with me via this video:
