Tabata with weights - full body workout

This workout is a tabata style session (20 sec work, 10 sec rest - 8 times through), using pairs of exercises and weights! There are 5 sets of exercises:

  1. Ski swings to overhead press, and squats with a squat jump

  2. Push up to climbers, and squats with alternating snatch

  3. Plank row with half burpee, and woodchopper

  4. Lateral lunge with shoulder press, and reverse lunge with swing

  5. Low swing to high swing, and squat hold with alternating row
