Two EMOM circuits - full body

This workout uses an Every Minute on the Minute approach for two circuits that works your whole body. You do need some weights for this one - a set of dumbbells preferably.

Circuit 1:

  • Minute 1: 5 burpees (any variation) followed by as many single arm alternating 'snatch' that you can with the remaining time in that minute

  • Minute 2: 5 burpees followed by ski swings / dumbbell swings

  • Minute 3: 5 burpees followed by alternating reverse lunge with bicep curl

Repeat 4 times (12 mins total)

Circuit 2:

  • Minute 1: 30 or 20 mountain climbers (15 / 10 each leg depending on your speed) followed by split jump lunges (or alt. forward lunges)

  • Minute 2: 30/20 mountain climbers followed by alternating bent over rows

  • Minute 3: 30/20 mountain climbers followed by hip lifts (swing through or floor based)

Repeat 4 times (12 mins total)

Here is a follow along video - obviously we will be working at different paces but we do all change exercise on the same minute so it doesn't matter how many reps you do - we all change at the same time!
