Much more than just an hour of me telling you what to do
Together we will draw up bespoke plans, depending on what you want to achieve and your medical and exercise history. Alongside the face to face sessions we will have in the gym, I will give you lifestyle and nutrition advice to support your personalised exercise plan. It will be appropriately challenging, but fun, and we will make it fit within your life. I will be there to motivate you, answer questions, and remind you to do your homework!

For my specific programme prices please see the relevant pages. If you have something else you would like to work on or achieve, then lets develop a programme together tailored to meet your personal goals. My sessions and packages are as follows:
Individual package costs:
1 session: £55
6 session package: £295
10 session package: £470
15 session package: £675

1 session: £70

Individual monthly subscriptions (minimum 3 months):
4 sessions per month: £185
8 sessions per month: £350
12 sessions per month: £490
Each face to face session lasts an hour and takes place in my private gym or online via Zoom.
Payments are made in advance of sessions.

A minimum of 24 hours is needed if you need to change or cancel a session.
I also offer Gift Vouchers. You can purchase a package as a gift, or order a voucher to go towards some sessions. Perfect for Christmas , birthdays or post-baby presents! Contact me to order.
