10 minute non traditional 'core'

For this 10 minute workout, you need a weight, and either 10 mins at the end of a workout or just on it's own! These are non-traditional exercises that challenge your core!


There are 5 exercises in this workout:

  1. Single arm press with high knee march (alternating sides)

  2. Split kneel 'woodchop' (1st side)

  3. Split kneel 'woodchop' (2nd side)

  4. Single side press with opposite leg extension (1st side)

  5. Single side press with opposite leg extension (2nd side)
