10 minute weighted abs workout
Here is a speedy 10 minute workout for your abs. You need a weight - nothing too heavy, it can be a dumbbell, small kettlebell, a weight plate, or another household object! You can do this workout as a standalone workout, or as an add on to another workout - both are fine!
The exercises are:
Single straight leg crunch (1st side)
Single straight leg crunch (2nd side)
Russian twist & press out
Single bent leg sit up (1st side)
Single bent leg sit up (2nd side)
Each work period is 30 seconds, with 10s rest between. At the end of each round rest for 30s before repeating.
