10 reps workout -full body

You need a set of dumbbells for this full body workout. We have pairs of exercises that we will use to complete 10 reps. Where it gets interesting is changing the mix / split between the two exercises. So by this I mean we follow this pattern for each grouping:
9 reps exercise 1, 1 rep exercise 2
8 reps exercise 1, 2 reps exercise 2
7 reps exercise 1, 3 reps exercise 2
6 reps, 4 reps
5 reps, 5 reps
4 reps, 6 reps
3 reps, 7 reps
2 reps, 8 reps
1 rep, 9 reps
There are 5 pairs of exercises in this workout:
Squats & shoulder press
Reverse lunges & bicep curls
Walk out half burpees & ski swings
Split squat & lateral raises
DB push ups & weighted sit ups
