10 reps workout -full body

You need a set of dumbbells for this full body workout. We have pairs of exercises that we will use to complete 10 reps. Where it gets interesting is changing the mix / split between the two exercises. So by this I mean we follow this pattern for each grouping:

  • 9 reps exercise 1, 1 rep exercise 2

  • 8 reps exercise 1, 2 reps exercise 2

  • 7 reps exercise 1, 3 reps exercise 2

  • 6 reps, 4 reps

  • 5 reps, 5 reps

  • 4 reps, 6 reps

  • 3 reps, 7 reps

  • 2 reps, 8 reps

  • 1 rep, 9 reps


There are 5 pairs of exercises in this workout:

  1. Squats & shoulder press

  2. Reverse lunges & bicep curls

  3. Walk out half burpees & ski swings

  4. Split squat & lateral raises

  5. DB push ups & weighted sit ups
