12 minute full body blast

Here is a short and snappy full body blast - just 12 minutes! You will need a set of dumbells and possibly and elevated surface like a bench / sofa / bed / worktop etc.


This workout is a 3 minute circuit using the EMOM approach, meaning you can rest for the remainder of the minute once you've completed all the reps!


Minute 1: 10 goblet squats, 10 bodyweight squats, 10 pulse squats

Minute 2: 10 bicep curls, 10 shoulder presses, 10 press outs

Minute 3: 15 burpees (any version, I do elevated / modified version in the follow along video)


So it's 4 rounds for a total of 12 minutes.
