Here I have a workout for you that, whilst working the whole body, focuses primarily on your core / abs and your cardiovascular fitness. There are 7 exercises:
1. Mountain climbers
2. Power knee (right)
3. Power knee (left)
4. In / out legs
5. Squat with knee lift
7. Mountain climbers to side plank rotation.
You do each exercise for 30seconds, followed by 15 seconds rest, for a total of 4 rounds. Resting 1 min between rounds.
