This workout is for when you really don't feel like it, don't have a lot of motivation but would like to get moving! It is full body - a bit of legs, core, upper body and cardio. It's only 15 mins, super easy to follow and I'm pretty sure you will feel better once you've done it! And if you've read this far and still don't fancy it, put your favourite tunes on at full volume and just dance around the house for 15 mins :)
There are 5 exercises:
Squats
Side to side with floor touch
Hands walk out to plank with optional floor touch
Jab (first side)
Jab (left side)
