16 minute abs bodyweight workout

This workout is all about the abs - you don't need any equipment, but you can use a lightweight dumbbell for the first exercise if you chose but it's not essential! It's important to think about how your abs and core are working through these movements, connecting the mind to the body and using your breath to help - I endeavour to cue this through the video!


There are 6 exercises in this workout, 30 seconds work, 10 seconds rest, and 4 rounds:

  1. Rotational slam

  2. Ankle touches

  3. Bear 'hover' to single leg step back

  4. Crunch hold with single leg extension

  5. Side plank reach - 1st side

  6. Side plank reach - 2nd side
