5 exercises for reps - full body workout!

For this workout you need a set of dumbbells (or feel free to use various weights if you have multiple sets of dumbbells), and your own bodyweight. There are only 5 exercises to master and the combination of these works the whole body. The 5 exercises are:

  1. Devil's press

  2. Swing to reverse lunge

  3. Squat with lateral raise

  4. Plank row

  5. Weighted sit up

The exercises we do and the number of reps varies each round:

  • Round 1: exercises 1-5 for 5 reps each

  • Round 2: exercises 1-5 for 5 reps each

  • Round 3: exercises 2-5 for 10 reps each

  • Round 4: exercises 3-5 for 15 reps each

  • Round 5: exercises 4-5 for 20 reps each

  • Round 6: exercise 5 for 25 reps

  • Round 7: exercises 1-5 for 5 reps each to finish!
