60 - 45 - 30 dumbbell full body workout

This full body workout uses dumbbells and gets everything involved just in a little bit over 20 minutes! There are 8 exercises in this workout and we do each exercise 3 times but decreasing in duration: 60 seconds, 45 seconds and finally 30 seconds.


The exercises are:

  • Goblet squats

  • Squat presses

  • Romanian deadlifts (split stance optional)

  • Single arm row

  • Chest presses

  • Reverse lunge with bicep curl

  • Weighted crunch / sit up

  • Rotate and press
