A workout for your legs

The title says it all for this one - we're working out those legs! You will need a set of dumbbells for this workout or the exercises can be done with just one weight too, and a small step or elevated surface (even a few big books would do).


There are just 5 exercises in this workout:

  1. 1.5 rep squats

  2. Deficit reverse lunge

  3. Side squats

  4. Reverse lunge with swing

  5. Single leg squat

Each exercise is performed for 40 seconds, with a 20 seconds rest between. We do 4 rounds.
