Abs workout - targeted 15 mins

This workout is all about slow and controlled movements to really work your abs. In the 'preamble' I talk about the importance of using your breath and your core muscles 'better' in these exercises to make sure you get the most out of doing them in the first place.   1. Straight leg crunch (right)

  2. Straight leg crunch (left)

  3. Swivel hips

  4. Single leg lift / lower (right)

  5. Single leg lift / lower (left)

  6. Leg lifts to crunch

  7. Double bent knee side drops
