Agility isn't just something we should associate with Crufts or elite sports people! It is important for all of us in our every day lives as well as in an exercise sense - it helps to improve your mind and body connection, balance and coordination, focus and mental endurance, reaction time, and reduce the risk of injury. So here is a really simple bodyweight agility workout - mainly focusing on fast feet and a bit of cardio action!
