This workout is all about your abdominals and your core! Some of these look a bit like traditional 'ab' exercises - not something I usually add into the KFSS workouts, for two reasons: 1. I like to work the abs and core as part of bigger movements - like deadlifts and presses, and
2. it is really easy to do these with 'not the best' technique, including not using your core properly.
So whilst this is a follow along video - I do talk a lot, particularly in the first round. Think of it more as coaching through how you'd do these kind of exercises in general and not just this workout. So it is educational as well as working those abs!
There are 4 exercises:
Crunch with leg extension
Overhead reach with heel taps
Side plank lifts with overhead reach
Crunch hold with bicycle legs
Approx 15 reps of each (15 each side where relevant).
