This workout is subtle work for your core, not what you traditionally see as core work. But you'll see that the movements are actually quite similar to ways that we move in daily life. So a win win really. Train the core and help it get stronger to help us in our day to day lives. You will need some weights for this workout.
There are 5 exercises:
1. Rainbow / arc - 10 each side
2. "Server" - 10 each side
3. Controlled lowers - 10
4. Shoulder press - 10 each side
5. Steering wheel - 20 turns
