Bench (or chair) workout

For this workout you just need your own body and a chair or bench. There are 10 exercises in this workout:

  1. Split squat right

  2. Split squat left

  3. Tricep dip

  4. Hip thrust

  5. Step up

  6. Burpee with push up

  7. Side step up

  8. Commandos

  9. Seated squat jumps

  10. Blast off!

Each exercise is for 30 seconds, followed by 10 seconds rest. Complete 4 rounds with 30 seconds rest between rounds.
