Berry breakfast smoothie

Here is a quick and easy to whizz up smoothie that gets you set up for the day!

Ingredients:
120g frozen mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries etc)
20g rolled oats
1 tbsp chia seeds
2 tbsp yoghurt (I use greek)
1 tbsp maple syrup or honey
350 ml milk (any type) or a mix of milk and coconut water
Method:
Shove all ingredients in a blender and whizz until smooth.
