Bodyweight & a low step - workout for the legs!

This workout just needs a low step (and you can this without the step too) and your bodyweight! This is mainly about the legs and a bit of cardio, and uses an interval approach. There's 8 exercises in this workout - 30 seconds work, 15 seconds rest. 4 rounds with 30 seconds rest between rounds.


The exercises are:

  1. Narrow stance squat (on step) to lateral lunge - right

  2. Narrow stance squat (on step) to lateral lunge - left

  3. Straddle fast step ups

  4. Squat jump on / off step with curtsy lunge - right

  5. Squat jump on / off step with curtsy lunge - left

  6. Fast feet

  7. Pulse squat to pulse lunge - right

  8. Pulse squat to pulse lunge - left
