This is a low intensity bodyweight and mobility mash up - to help you to move and feel better! A great one to do if you're a bit stiff from sitting all day or previous workouts, or if you're tired, low in energy or sluggish. I like this kind of workout the day after something more intense, as this kind of movement helps our bodies to recover and stay mobile.
