Bodyweight - full body workout

This bodyweight only workout, is a snappy (around 20mins) full body session that is one of those that just feels really good to move. It's not overly or complicated, so grab your mat or your floor space and get going!


There are 6 exercises in this workout:

  1. Squat jumps with punch

  2. Back extension

  3. Lunge with cross body 'crunch' - 1st side

  4. Lunge with cross body 'crunch' - 2nd side

  5. Push up with arm reach

  6. Sit up with alternating knee in


Intervals are 30 seconds work with 10 seconds rest, and 4-5 rounds (in the video I do 5).
