This workout requires just your own body weight. It's an interval workout - 30 seconds work, 10 seconds rest. In this video I do 5 rounds with 45 seconds rest between rounds for a drink and a sweat wipe if required!
The exercises are:
Squat, rotate and knee drive (1st side)
Squat, rotate and knee drive (2nd side)
Inchworm to narrow & wide squat
Skaters to lateral shuffle
Lateral lunge to forward kick (1st side)
Lateral lunge to forward kick (2nd side)
Bear rolls with optional up & down
