Bodyweight tabata workout - mostly legs & cardio

This workout is tabata style - so 20 secs work with 10 secs rest on repeat 8 times in total. Then we rest for one minute and go again with a different exercise. This workout is bodyweight only full body but mostly legs and cardio. I would describe this one as medium intensity and there are options for making it more challenging / easier too - so very adaptable to your fitness level and mood!

The 5 exercises are:

  • Fast switchfoot split stance with knee drive

  • Walk or jump out with double kick

  • Side step squat to jump (or reach)

  • Side to side with 4 punches

  • Squat jack
