This workout is a bodyweight only combo of cardio and core exercises - all completed in around 20 minutes! There are 5 exercises, and each is performed for 45 seconds, with 15 seconds rest. Completing 4 rounds in total.
The exercises are:
Inchworm with plank side steps
Knee & ankle taps
Plank jack to squat
4 mountain climbers to push up
Overhead arm raise cross jack
