I think these biscuits are a cross between a chocolate hobnob and a digestive! I gave these a go when trying to find a snack that chocolate biscuit loving Rory would enjoy.

Ingredients:
160g oats
50g melted butter or coconut oil
50g sugar / honey
60ml milk
1 tsp baking powder
100g dark chocolate
Method:
Preheat oven to 170 degrees
Add all the ingredients (except the dark chocolate) to a food processor / blender and blitz
Mix until it forms a dough - if too wet, add more oats, if too dry add more milk
Roll dough out on a floured surface
Using a biscuit cutter, or a cup / glass, cut the dough in to circles
Bake for around 15 mins
Allow to cool completely
Melt the chocolate and then spoon and smooth over the top of your biscuits and you could use a fork to make snazzy patterns!
Put in fridge to speed up chocolate hardening. Store in air tight container and eat at their best within a couple of days
