This workout is great if you just want to move and to heaps better for doing so! Perfect if you've been sitting at a desk all day, or are tired and stiff, or just feel a bit rubbish and know some movement will help you out - then this workout is for you! You don't need any kit, just your own bodyweight!
However, this is a great choice of workout though if you're newly post-natal / haven't done core rehab yet - as might be a bit too much pressure on your core.
