This is a fun workout and in theory it gets easier as you go on, not harder! You start by doing 10 reps of each exercise, then 9, then 8 and so on. It works the whole body and is an effective, challenging and I think fun workout!
There are 6 exercises:
1. Romanian deadlift
2. Squat clean
3. Squat press
4. DB swings (or KB if you've got one)
5. Step ups (each leg)
6. Burpee - your choice of variation
