This is a 20 minute workout using dumbbells - that works your whole body. There are 6 exercises, and you complete each one for 1 minute.
The exercises are:
Bridge hold with overhead lifts
Swing, reverse lunge and shoulder press (30 seconds each side)
Lateral lunge with weight shift
Walk or jump to plank with lift
Squat, curl to shoulder press
Squat to upright row
3 rounds with 1 minute rest between rounds.
