EMOM workout - full body

Every Minute on the Minute (EMOM) - this workout has 5 exercises that you start at the beginning of each minute. You get to rest the remainder of the minute when you've finished the set number of reps.


This workout - you need a weight / dumbbell and a chair or bench to step up on to.


The 5 exercises are:

  • Minute 1: snatch - right (15 reps)

  • Minute 2: snatch - left (15 reps)

  • Minute 3: step ups with knee drive (6-8 each side)

  • Minute 4: lateral shuffle with floor touch (30 reps)

  • Minute 5: any variation of burpee (max reps - do as many as possible!)

Rest for a minute and then repeat, completing 4 rounds in total.
