Full body 10 reps circuit workout

Here is a circuit based workout comprising of five exercises. We complete 10 reps of each exercise and do five rounds. You will need a set of dumbbells for this workout. The exercises are:

  1. Alternating curtsy lunge

  2. Commando to plank pull through

  3. Ski swing to alternating lunge and press

  4. Squat, bicep curl to upright row

  5. Broad jumps with walk back (or squat jumps / squat to calf raise)
