Here is a circuit based workout comprising of five exercises. We complete 10 reps of each exercise and do five rounds. You will need a set of dumbbells for this workout. The exercises are:
Alternating curtsy lunge
Commando to plank pull through
Ski swing to alternating lunge and press
Squat, bicep curl to upright row
Broad jumps with walk back (or squat jumps / squat to calf raise)
