Full body 'circuit' style workout

For this workout you need a set of dumbbells. It is a full body circuit style workout - where you complete each exercise for a set time period, and then repeat for 4 rounds in total.

There are 8 exercises in total:

  1. Glute bridges

  2. Lay down push up to plank

  3. Squats

  4. Bent over rows

  5. Lateral lunge (1st side)

  6. Lateral lunge (2nd side)

  7. DB hang clean & press

  8. Ski swings

Each exercise is performed for 30 seconds with 15 secs rest between exercises. We complete 4 rounds with 30 secs rest between rounds.
