For this workout you need a set of dumbbells. It is a full body circuit style workout - where you complete each exercise for a set time period, and then repeat for 4 rounds in total.
There are 8 exercises in total:
Glute bridges
Lay down push up to plank
Squats
Bent over rows
Lateral lunge (1st side)
Lateral lunge (2nd side)
DB hang clean & press
Ski swings
Each exercise is performed for 30 seconds with 15 secs rest between exercises. We complete 4 rounds with 30 secs rest between rounds.
