Full body conditioning workout

Here is a full body conditioning workout for you - working the whole body, raising heart rate, all in an efficient time of less than 20 mins! You need two weights / dumbells for this. Not too heavy!


There are 5 exercises:

1. Static lunge with hammer curl (5 reps each side)

2. Squat with punch out (10 reps - 5 each side)

3. Ski swings (20 reps)

4. Curtsey lunge with overhead press (5 each side)

5. Bird dog with weight (5 each side)


Do each exercise straight after the other, and just keep going for up to 6 rounds.
