Full body interval workout

This workout involves your whole body in a short, sharp workout of less than 20 mins! Great for when you're time poor! You do need some weights for this, but not overly heavy - so even if you don't own a set of dumbbells, some bottles of water might do the trick!


There are 5 exercises in this workout:

  1. Squat to squat jump (weighted)

  2. Kickback to shoulder press (with optional jump)

  3. Bridge hold with chest press

  4. Row to bicep curl

  5. Plank with alternating toe reach
