Full body 'metcon' countdown!

This 'metabolic conditioning' workout uses just 5 exercises, and counting down the number of reps to give you a full body blast - strength & cardio combined. So good for all-round fitness and health. You need a set of dumbbells for this workout.

The 5 exercises are:

  • Bent over row to clean & press

  • Alternating reverse lunges (left & right = 1 rep)

  • Lateral hops with 'burpee' (any variation)

  • Sit up with cross punch or bicycle crunches

  • Forward jumps

Start with 10 reps of each, then 9, 8, and so on until you reach 1!
