This 'metabolic conditioning' workout uses just 5 exercises, and counting down the number of reps to give you a full body blast - strength & cardio combined. So good for all-round fitness and health. You need a set of dumbbells for this workout.
The 5 exercises are:
Bent over row to clean & press
Alternating reverse lunges (left & right = 1 rep)
Lateral hops with 'burpee' (any variation)
Sit up with cross punch or bicycle crunches
Forward jumps
Start with 10 reps of each, then 9, 8, and so on until you reach 1!
