Full body - resistance band workout

This workout is a full body workout using just a long resistance band. No other equipment needed so you can do this anywhere!

The exercises are as follows:

  1. Banded bridges

  2. Bridges with pull aparts

  3. Split squats - left and right

  4. Banded deadlift

  5. Pull downs

  6. Archer

Each exercise is completed for 40 seconds, with 15 seconds rest. I complete 4 rounds in this follow along video below:
