Full body strength circuit

Here is a dumbbell circuit based strength workout - all in just over 20 minutes. There are 6 exercises, working your full body:

  1. Lateral squat walk

  2. Overhand row to bicep curl

  3. Pulse sumo squat

  4. Dumbbell push up

  5. Bridge hold with tricep extension

  6. Weighted overhead with leg extension

Each exercise is performed for 30 seconds, with 10 seconds rest in between. In this follow along video below, I do 5 rounds, with 30 seconds rest between rounds.


Apologies that there is a minor injury, where I manage to cut my finger in the fourth round! But don't worry or let that put you off, it's nothing to do with the workout, it's not gory and I pause the video to find a plaster - and I'm all okay! I just seem to lack spatial awareness :)
