Full body workout

This workout combines strength and cardio work for a full body session. You need a set of dumbbells and around 25 mins. There are 10 exercises involved, with periods of work being 35 seconds long and rest periods are 15 seconds. There are three rounds, with one minute rest between rounds. The exercises are:

  • 1.5 rep squat

  • Pulse squat jumps

  • Chest press

  • Commando burpee combo

  • Alternating lunges

  • Split jump lunge

  • Alternating bent over row

  • Renegade row with in / out legs

  • Reverse lunge to curtsy lunge

  • Skaters
