Full body workout with weights

This really does work your full body - clue is in the name! We use weights, ideally dumbbells, and try and appropriately challenge yourself if you've got a selection of weights to choose from - you don't want to go too light. There are 7 exercises:

  1. Side step squats

  2. Bent over row, clean & press

  3. Squat swings

  4. Half get up

  5. Lateral lunge & row

  6. Snatch hold to reverse lunge

  7. Plank pass / pull through with alternating toe reach

Each exercise is performed for 45s with 15s rest. We do 4 rounds with a 30s rest between rounds. Here is a follow along video where you can workout with me:
